What is VTO in short?

As others have said, VTO is voluntary and you only get paid the hours you actually work that day. It does not cost you pto, upt, etc either. It also does not generally affect your eligibility for benefits, as that is based on scheduled hours (not counting MET) per week.
VTO(Voluntary Time Off) , in short is the company's way of saying "we are overstaffed for today, so if you would like to leave early, you can." However , no, you will not be paid for the time that you are not physically working(In this case, the hour and eleven minutes).
You do not get paid for VTO.
Voluntary Time Off: Its unpaid. You are voluntarily giving up your work hours.
So I just have like 39 hrs. at the end of the week?
Pick up some vet lol
